NEW FOR 2026! CAR LINE!
This year, we have started a new car line drop-off and pick-up system that we hope will make your mornings and evenings run smoother!
At pre-registration, next Sunday (19th), 4pm-6pm. Along with your kids' wristbands, you will receive their car tags. Each individual child will have a car tag, similar to the way the school system handles car line. If you are unable to attend pre-registration, you will receive it on Monday morning. YOU MUST have these car tags to pick up your child. If not, you will have to pull to the side and verify that you can pick up the child in question. This will be via the information you provided to us during the registration process. It is highly recommended that you please attend the pre-registration event if you can.

- There will be 3 car line assistants from PHBC in the morning and the evening.
- At those times, the only parking lot entrance will be next to our Family Life Center.
- At DROP OFF ON MONDAY, the first PHBC assistant will ask if you pre-registered. That means, did you come to pre-registration on Sunday? If you did not, and tell them no, you will be guided to the parking lot and walk in with your child to receive their car tag and go over any medical information.
- If you have already pre-registered and have the car tag for your child(ren), then you can proceed to the drop-off point.
- For PICK-UP on Monday and Tuesday, you will now be picking up your child(ren) in the front of the church. Please place your car tag(s) on your dash so our staff can read the name(s). One of our staff will then radio in to the sanctuary where your child(ren)'s name will be called, and they will come out front to one of the pickup zones.
- On Wednesday, pick-up carline will not take place as we will have Family Night, as previously communicated.
- Please be patient with us on this, as there will be lessons learned along the way that we may need to correct. We do not expect it to be perfect the first time.
